PROFOUND – GENTLE – DYNAMIC
Our style of yoga
Our Yoga classes are designed to deepen your connection with the body and your inner essence. We honour the ancient yogic traditions and integrate them into the practices. Morning sessions are active; some are flowy and creative like a gentle vinyasa (don't expect power yoga or gym workouts), whilst others are more of a breath-based moving meditation, like tantra yoga. Evening practices are designed for relaxation, restoration and inner intimacy through yin yoga, yoga nidra and sound journeys.

DAILY PRACTICE
Move, Breathe & Reconnect
Every retreat includes daily yoga classes and guided meditation practices. From dynamic Vinyasa and embodied movement to restorative Yin Yoga and moments of stillness, the practices are designed to help you relax, reconnect and return home to yourself.
Whether you are new-ish to yoga or have practiced for years, our classes are accessible, supportive and open to all levels.

YOGIC WISDOM
Explore the Wisdom of Yoga
Go beyond the yoga mat and explore the deeper dimensions of the practice. Throughout the retreat, we offer workshops and talks on yoga philosophy, meditation, breathwork and living yoga in everyday life.
Our intention is not simply to share information, but to offer practical tools and insights that support greater clarity, self-understanding and inner growth.

HEART-CENTERED PRACTICE OF KIRTAN
Mantra Chanting Circles
Experience the transformative power of mantra and sacred sound. Through chanting together, we create a space to quiet the mind, open the heart and cultivate a deeper sense of presence and connection.
No previous experience is needed. Whether you prefer to sing or simply listen, mantra offers a simple and profound way to connect with yourself and others.

Tantra Philosophy
The heart of our teaching
At ineayoga, our teachings are rooted in the tradition of Non-Dual Tantra Yoga. In simple words, this means that we don’t see yoga as an escape from life, but as a way to fully embrace it.
Rather than striving to become someone else or reach a perfect state, Tantra invites us to meet ourselves with awareness, compassion and acceptance. Through movement, breath, meditation, mantra and self-inquiry, we learn to reconnect with the wholeness that is already here.
Our approach is grounded in the traditional lineages of Trika, Krama and Sri Vidyā, while remaining accessible and relevant to modern life.

ISLAND ADVENTURES
Discover Corfu’s hidden beauty
Experience the beauty of Corfu beyond the retreat centre. Join our guided walk through olive groves to the traditional village of Agyrades, where you’ll get a glimpse of authentic island life away from the tourist crowds.
You can also join our boat trip along Corfu’s stunning west coast, with multiple stops for swimming, relaxing on beautiful beaches and enjoying the crystal-clear waters of the Ionian Sea.

Relax and Release
Allow yourself to just receive
Amidst the rhythm of the retreat, a massage offers a chance to pause and simply receive. Jenny creates a nurturing space where body and mind can soften, helping you let go of tension and settle more deeply into relaxation.
Once you arrived on site, you will have the chance to book a massage with Jenny.

Beyond the Retreat
The Magic of Corfu
One of the joys of retreating on Corfu is experiencing the island itself. Spend your free time exploring the UNESCO-listed Old Town of Corfu, relaxing at local cafés, discovering secluded beaches or driving through olive-covered hills and traditional villages.
You may also choose to visit the nearby islands of Paxos and Antipaxos, known for their crystal-clear waters, dramatic coastline and laid-back island charm.

Homemade WITH LOVE
Healthy food for happy souls
We serve freshly homemade delicious vegetarian/vegan food. Breakfast with typical Greek specialities, as well as fresh fruit salad and porridge bowls. For dinner, you enjoy traditional Greek and international food full of goodness. Most dishes are from local farming.

🧘 I’m not very flexible or experienced in yoga
Our retreats are open to all levels. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or have been practicing for years, our teachers offer variations and guidance so you can practice at your own pace.
😊 I would be travelling alone
Many of our guests come solo. The retreat naturally creates opportunities to connect through yoga, meals and shared experiences, while also giving you plenty of space for yourself.
🤔 Is this retreat very spiritual?
Our retreats are rooted in the wisdom of yoga, but there is no need to adopt any belief system. We simply offer practices that help people feel more present, connected and at ease. We are super easy-going — if a chant, an “Om” or a particular practice doesn’t resonate with you, that’s completely okay. You are always free to participate in a way that feels authentic and comfortable for you.
👵 Am I too old (or too young)?
Not at all. Our guests come from many different backgrounds and age groups, typically ranging from their 30s to 60s and beyond. What connects people here is not age, but a shared wish to slow down, reconnect and enjoy life more fully.
💛 What is the atmosphere like?
Warm, relaxed and down-to-earth. We are a small family-run retreat centre where people are welcomed as they are. There is no pressure to perform, fit in or be a certain way.
